To the entire staff of the St. Regis, Toronto. This was truly a 5 star. memorable experience! From the initial contact with the valet, the amazing team at the front desk to Mark at the Concierge desk, my mother and I will never forget how we were received. This was her 81st birthday and she said, “it was the best she’s ever had, thanks to your staff! Neither of us has been to Canada before and now Toronto will be our “go to place” for the summer! Thanks again.

Pool and bed were great. Room was a bit dated but size and layout were great. Housekeeping and most of the staff members were great. However that was all overshadowed by the poor performance at the front desk and reservation. My email was ignored. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. A clear rushed job when setting up the room, failure to clean properly. Lack of communication by front desk staff led to keys not working and room not getting refreshed. Huge disruptions to our trip schedule. Overall disappointing stay due to poor attention to detail.

Every St. Regis I have stayed at has been exceptional, and the Toronto location is no exception. The facilities are beautiful, the brunch is amazing, and the service is top notch. The ability to have complimentary coffee sent to your room in the morning is lovely and I appreciated the noon check-out time. My room on the 15th floor was spotless, spacious, and elegant. The rain shower and deep tub with a little tray for your phone, drinks, etc. was very nice. I especially like the different lighting settings for the room (morning, evening, night, all on, all off, etc). A luxurious choice for a downtown Toronto stay.

Do not stay there on a Saturday night. There was a large wedding in the ballroom - we were 11 floors above and couldn’t sleep from the bass from the music. For $750 a night - this is not acceptable. I would like a refund.
