Overhyped hotel , ignored and not taken care of. The check in process went bad due to hotel not having valet or available bell boys. The front desk rushed me through the check in because my car could not be left in the street for too long. Avoid this hotel. .

The Soho hotel is located near Rogers Stadium, very convenient if going to a baseball game as we did, lots of foot traffic on game nights but fans are for the most part quiet. Walkable to all the sights but away from the busier center of town- we love to walk and were able to walk all the way to the Distillery District and back (with a lunch break) with no problem. Lots of restaurant options nearby, including the hotel restaurant with excellent food and Pavel, the manager, and staff very friendly. The property and room were very clean, comfortable and well appointed. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Manoj, senior concierge, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, arranging car service to and from the airport and giving helpful info about areas of the city. Alex, front desk manager, was extremely helpful with an account issue we had, as was Barry. Khryzz, concierge, was very cheerful in the early morning when we departed. One front desk person seemed new and not as knowledgeable but the manager jumped in to help. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel experience at SoHo was great. Good location to walk downtown areas and great restaurants. Nice touches with room (heated floor in bathroom, automated blinds and drapes, in room Nespresso coffee and ample closet/ drawer space for clothes & accessories). Vika was very helpful in making our stay more memorable as we were celebrating our anniversary. Staff at checkin were efficient and professional. Made for a great weekend in Toronto.
