Amazing Airport Hotel

Such an amazing hotel! Staff were friendly and so helpful, the room was beautiful and food delicious. We upgraded to club and enjoyed the use of the lounge for an evening drink and Appys plus a hot breakfast before walking to the terminal for our flight. We would definitely stay here again! And again…..

Unacceptable-rooms not ready at 10pm?

Hotel is nice and convenient, however we arrived at near 10 pm ,,was told room not available, had to wait until almost midnight to get into our room, totally unacceptable!

Not what we expected! Premium price for a non-premium product. The room was a poor use of space - huge bedroom with two beds, but a tiny table and only a single (uncomfortable) chair for three people. Bathroom also tiny which could have been easily double the size without making the bedroom too small. Floor in the room and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Towels were clean but on their last life and had lost all softness. Club lounge was fine but nothing special and very crowded at all times. Pool area floor needed to be cleaned. Staff very friendly.

It is at YYZ, less than 5 minutes walk to Departure (T3, WestJet and Porter baggage drop off). The property is in decent shape, although showing its age - normal wear and tear. My room could be cleaner, however. There are stain all over the bathroom door, coffee stains around the coffee maker. Worse part is the toilet, it has a strong urine odour, and visible urine stain behind the seat. I asked the front desk to get someone to have a quick clean but the smell reminded. Maybe someone had a pee party in there?
