The location had a spectacular view of the CN Tower and crowds on the street. I loved the balcony (though it was dirty). You couldn’t hear the loud traffic inside. There was lots of space for our group. The rooftop pool had a great view. The cabanas looked inviting. A real disappointment the hot tub was out-of-service. My guests didn’t find the sofa bed comfortable. They were disappointed when they saw it and said they would consider coming back if we can’t get one of the local hotels. Supplying a foam mattress topper, stored in the spacious laundry room might be a cheap/easy improvement. I loved the Kitchenette for meal options, especially with choosy eaters in the group. I’d considered bringing a foam topper in the car but had no room with extra luggage. The parking was full at 300 front but there was an underground garage across the street. I wish I had been told there was a driveway to pull up in front of 20 John to unload luggage. It would have saved me over an hours time at check in. I was really pleased with the room and it would be my top choice returning to Toronto.Downtown.

Our stay at RivetStays, The Atmos was good overall. We were in the east building on the 5th floor with access to the pool, which had an amazing view of the CN Tower and Skydome, although it was quite busy in August. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the pull-out sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable for sleeping. Check-in was also more difficult than expected. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made it a solid stay.

Nice property. The communication was awful. They don’t explain the process to you. The check in people very rude. They don’t tell you there is no parking. Paid to park next door $50 a night.

Cute little apartment with a view

The small place was average in cleanliness, we noticed greasy fingerprints in the refrigerator door but generally it was pretty clean. There were minor details that would need some attention; a loose shelf behind the sofa and a missing chunk of moulding in the kitchenette. The view was spectacular and the proximity to restaurants and venues was amazing. The bed was very comfy. The restaurants and bars made it so easy to walk around without the need for a car. The security staff were friendly and courteous as were the emails from the management. There was a plumbing issue in the whole building which meant no water in the building but they managed this very well and gave us tons of bottled water in prep for this. Overall our stay was enjoyable!

The location was perfect and the size of the condo was perfect for 2 people, the communication from the host was quick and when the tv didn't work they were onsite quickly. The coffee was provided and when it ran low they replaced it immediately. Will stay here again.

The listing on Expedia was not too clear. This is not a hotel and there is no room service. The building is dated and is not very well maintained. The apt is good size and has most of what one needs. Clean. The kitchen is modern with red glass back splash but no electric outlets around the counter. So we had to use the floor outlets of the room for coffee maker, electric kettle and the toaster. Very strange. The apt is also missing a long mirror.

The layout of the junior apartment was definitely different from the photos on Expedia but it was fine for our needs even if it was a little small. There was also some kind of paint (or cleaner?) smell when we first came in. It either went away after a couple hours or we got used to it. The doors were very loud and squeaky too. The glass doors didn’t even close all the way, including the shower door. That said, the bed and pillows were very comfy. TV was nice. Air conditioning was great. There was a copy of the Holy Bible for some reason but it was interesting to see. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby and even a 24 hour convenience/grocery store a block away. The view of CN Tower right outside our window was good too.
