First day I came, I realized the carpet was soak wet. (Due to the Air Condition hose was plugged up)Went to the front desk reported the issues. One day after that, the employee of the hotel came up to my room and open the air conditioning panels and wiggled the hose and said it’s find now. There won’t be any more water leak underneath the carpet. But it’s still wet carpet and the smell like mold during my 10 days with the Radisson Hotel. This is my 34 year anniversary. That’s why I choose your Radisson Hotel to celebrate my anniversary but turn out Horrible.Not only that. First day we came. We were tired because of the long flight We went to the lounge to grab some food to eat. The waiter or manager of the lounge invited us in and provided us with menu and left us there. we were waited waited but no one come back to help. We left and went over to the other Hotel closed by to Have Dinner. And the staff was greeted us well and excellent services.Lastly, before we checked out and I asked for $100 deposit back and the staff said it’s will take 4-5 business days for them to return my deposit back. Promised but no delivery. I guess, this is how they rich over night ha.High way robbery.They do find ways to keep your money into their pockets 💰💰💰. I will make sure not recommend my friends or any one else to book at that Hotel under that address.
