Not enough handicap parking. There seemed to be mold in the shower. The breakfast is also not wheelchair accessible! The staff were great, otherwise the room was clean and had a nice stay!

The staff were lovely and check-in was a breeze. Our room however had a broken towel rod, and mold all around the caulking in the shower. The room was clean but definitely in disrepair and in need of some updating.

The room was clean but the breakfast was close to disgustingly dirty! There was food on the floor, none of the stations were kept clean or replenished properly, and worst of all I found a long black hair in the hashbrown potato chaffer. We decided we had lost our appetite. Frankly, if the buffet was that unkept we can only image what the kitchen looked like.

Blankets and sheets were dirty.. hair everywhere inbetween blankets and sheets.. big stains on the floor.. we only slept there for the night after a concert so I did not want to make a big deal of it and left immediately when we woke up. When we got home everything went straight to the washer even the clean clothes

Stayed here twice due to family emergency. Both times the room was never cleaned in over ,6 days! Not once! Our garbage cans were overflowing. There were no towels. The room had broken pieces. Customer service was very cold and not friendly or helpful The shuttle service only runs at twice a day.

Stayed one night and a fight of some sort broke out in the hallway causing a disturbance and police to be called, which caused us to get zero rest then the front desk calls right at 10am to check out or there will be extra charges to the room. Poor hospitality and never again. They don’t even deserve one star
