Very old property, not particularly clean and the parking lot is very poorly lit which left me feeling unsafe. It took 30 minutes to get an elevator that had enough room. Stairway was for emergency exit only.

I liked the trail and greenery around the property that allows for relaxing outside. The way it is designed feels like you are "away from it all" and is refreshing. The tennis/basketball court is "under renovations"; there is currently no room service. There is one microwave on the 2nd floor (none in the room), which would be cool if all the elevators were in great working condition. Overall, I think this property could be a staycation hotspot and stand out among hotels in the city with upgrades to the facilities and amenities.

The hotel is great, the staff as well. Elevators were extremely slow in the past but that was improved. On my last stay one was under maintenance which really created delays, other than that, all was great.

The hotel has potential, but definitely needs improvement. Feels like this specific Pan Pacific is relying on the name reputation. Improvements needed: - Enforce handicap spots - The spots are often taken by cars that do not have a valid permit. Not very accessible for those who hold a valid permit and require it. - Check in process - The interaction was polite, but minimal information was given. It would be nice if we recieved directions to the elevators. The elevators past the dining area was more convenient, but we didn't know about it until the next day. - Not enough towels for each guest - I booked 2 rooms for 7 people and both rooms only had enough towels for 2 people. When we asked front desk, they informed us that they can only give us an additional 2 towels total because they need to save it for other guests. We were not asking for extra towels...we just wanted each guest to have their own... - Lights don't all work - one room had 2 lights that were out. - Inconsistent housekeeping - one room was cleaned and restocked with toiletry whereas our other room was half cleaned and did not get a restock on toiletry. - Check credit card for charges. I got charged for the deposit and had to call. I was told I was not charged, but saw the refund 2 days after I inquired about it. Overall, it's a family friendly hotel with spacious rooms. There are a lot of food options and a good location if you plan on driving. This hotel has potential if they improve a few things

Broken elevators. When staff claimed they had just broken I showed him previous reviews that said broken last August as well. Advertised with ac but claimed ac was shut off right now, suspect that was broken too Restaurant in lobby very mediocre food and service. Other guests said they got bitten by bed bugs overnight and had too throw out all their clothing

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific. The room was cozy. We brought our little Boston Terrier and the hotel accommodations for pet’s was good. They have a nice little area for pet’s to do their business. The only issues with the room were the air conditioner didn’t work and we had issue’s with the sliding door to the pet area. The room was hot so, we had to leave the sliding door open a bit to get a cool breeze. Other than that we were happy with our stay..

Not a great experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to help resolve issues. On the less positive side, this property is showing its age. The elevators are a disaster. One of them was out of order and the other two took forever to come. On a few occasions I waited over 15 minutes for an elevator, only for it to arrive completely full. As well, the rooms were way too hot. The staff provided a fan to help, but it was still too hot. There were many others in the hotel with the same complaints.
