18th floor with vinyl covering the windows. Made me so dizzy - I told the front desk it was making me feel ill and the gentleman brushed me off. The rooms are very old with some "updated" panels added. The bathroom had no counter space and was very tight for getting ready. The only mirror other than bathroom was in the closet and was very small. Night one I couldn't sleep - mattress and pillows were horrible and the sheets felt like sandpaper. Day two I ended up checking out by 11:30pm to drive home because I didn't want to stay there another night. Feels like an office building turned hotel. Not what I anticipated for a Hyatt and the cost I paid. Looks way better in photos. Very disappointed.
