The check in desk was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We did think however, $8 for a bottle of water in the room was exorbitant. The location of the Hyatt Regency was excellent for an evening at the Royal Alexandra theatre and there were several restaurants within close walking distance.

Clean room and location is near shops and restaurants. I was sold to upgrade our room to 19th floor and nothing wow me for there’s actually no view. It’s better for the staff to recommend to upgrade that will give good experience to the guest.
