I already emailed the hotel but my son had a horrible time checking in. I would never recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay here. My son was unable to enter his prepaid room because he didn’t have a credit card for his security deposit. He just turned 18. He had to pay cash but the banks were closed. They were happy to let him sleep on the street rather than let him into his room and withdraw cash the next day.

Clean & comfortable. Bathroom was very small & there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was good & well prepared. The pool was superb - warm, clean & large.

BEWARE of their faulty air conditioning system. AC leaks due to terribly dirty filter like they don’t do maintenance for these systems. Disgusting. A major fall hazard especially for kids. The floor above us has signs of leakage from the same ac spot, another family member was forced to check out early due to non functional ac. To make it worse, the metal cover suddenly propped open where my 3yo is and a few inches closer he would have been hurt. There is no regard for safety. No one answers their front line so emergency like how the ac troubled us cannot be met with urgency because they said that they are full that week and they’re very busy to keep answering calls. Laundry is a joke, was needing a token to use their laundry service but they said that because it’s a weekend, I have to wait the following morning. What’s even more frustrating is that the front desk wasn’t empathetic rather dismissive about my frustration because I have to do the laundry that night. Imagine the reasoning that it’s because it is a weekend, they can’t give me token? I went back in the morning 3x to check but lo and behold they still didn’t have any until their guy comes to bring the token at past 10am.Total disregard for clients time. This is a very unsafe and inconvenient hotel, stayed 8/23 -26, and truly regrets the choice I made. Stay away from this hotel . No customer service, no safety protocols.

More towels!!!

Hotel was close to the airport and having the airport shuttle is a huge bonus. Room was standard. We only received 2 towels and yes there was only 2 of us but most females need 2 towels. One for hair and one for body. We requested new towels from housekeeping and they said we had to go to the front desk. My son went and asked for another towel and they said they would send one up. We are currently still waiting for that other towel. The next day we asked for our towels to be refreshed and that they didn’t need to do anything else. We got beds made and no clean towels. We were with 2 other families who also had issues with getting towels. I will say the bistro had some amazing food for dinner options.
