We just recently stayed there for 4 nights. We arrived around 5 pm and check in was 3. Our room was not ready. However, they did offer late check out, which worked out in our favor, due to flight times. The hotel is fine, room was good, but it was not completely clean. The floors were not swept. The shower door was not cleaned. The location was perfect for the entertainment district. Dollar store and Starbucks across the street was a plus. I would stay here again.

Came for a weekend jays series. Easy walk from Union Station and super close to Rodgers Centre. Hotel was clean, modern and staff was super friendly. Staying here again next time in Toronto.

It was fairly clean. Holding a security deposit of $150 per night of your stay is appalling. We had a shared door with another room and it was extremely noisy. When looking for a coffee our last morning we waited 15 minutes with no other customers there and still didn’t get served. We own Cafe’s and high end accommodations of our own and found this to be an extremely disappointing stay.

The hotel was beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms, just lovely. Staff was fabulous, very attentive and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable, very large with nice amentias. Plenty of room to sit and relax after a day of exploring the city. Great location, surrounded by restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant. My only issue was the room was not clean to the standard, but that hotel should be. There was hair in the tub, on the floor and it just grossed me out.

Top Notch!

My husband and I agree this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in in our entire lives! It’s extremely eco-friendly and very smart. They were ports and nearly every piece of furniture. The furniture was well appointed and extremely comfortable. The people here are wonderful.

The room was really nice, loved the modern feel and light controls. Would absolutely stay here again. We were worried about the street noise when we arrived but on the 15th floor we barely heard anyrhing from below.
