We were arriving at 3 separate times, with the latest being at 1am, that had a car rental. Though the names of the 2 arriving later were on the room and a car was indicated, both had issues gaining access as the staff couldn't seem to find the note and room keys. For the late arrival with a vehicle he gave the license plate to the front staff, yet this was entered. When we all went to leave in the morning, they were not going to allow us to leave the parking lot as the license plate wasn't registered. How would have the car gotten in initially? It was a huge waste of time and alot of frustration.
