The hotel was a nice place to stay with my family. I think the water pressure of the shower was weak in my room. I love the breakfast but the dining area was always full. I had to eat breakfast with my family in our room each time.

Worst hotel experience

It was terrible how they don't clean the rooms every day but every other day! Not even exchanging towels and emptying garbage bins, they only did after I called several times and then went to the reception for this matter. The mattress is so uncomfortable and caused backache to all of us. The breakfast is acceptable,the swimming pool as well. They charge additional tax even though the price on the app is including taxes. Won't stay there for another vacation.
