Not until I actually said something was I acknowledged and even, the response was that of being annoyed. Not good customer service in a service industry !!

Convenient location to YYZ

Convenient location to the airport. I just wish there was a regular airport shuttle (eg 24 hours, every 30 minutes). Overall the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
