The room was very clean. It was very quiet. The housekeeper was very nice and commodating when it came to my needs. The only thing wrong with my room was the tv. I had to unplug it everyday so i could watch tv. There was a short connection. And the stations (eg: CBS, NBC) wouldn't show the name of the show. I had to stroll down to every channel not knowing what was playing. It was outdated shows too. The hotel was beautiful though.

Like: Very close by the terminal 3 of Pearson Airport. Easily walkable to the train (UP) to city. Excellent breakfast and restaurant staff. Dislike: Very noisy air conditioner. Staff not informing you that they have charged me extra on my credit card, until I asked at check out that the overcharge will be refunded and in a few days. Not good at all.

An amazing hotel to stay at if you need to be shuttled to and from the airport. Hotel breakfast was delicious, offered so much more than your usual free breakfast in other hotels. Would definitely book here again.

I love this hotel for stopover stays when travelling from Pearson. The rooms are huge, there are kitchenettes, and the louge and dining room are very nice. The breakfast is excellent, with an omelette bar and other high end amenities usually not offered in a free breakfast.
