Convenient and comfortable

Convenient stay in west side Toronto. Close to restaurants. Outside of building looks outdated but inside is clean and updated. Comfortable accommodation. Good price for the area.

Best described as you get what you pay for..... The room and hotel was very basic, the bathroom was seriously in need of some maintenance too. No criticism of the staff though, they were helpful and it was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable too

The wifi was not working. I was about to do the important work. Told staff about it, complained them about it and they did nothing. Even wifi was so poor that it was on the outside wall of our room and still was not working. Not in any single device, TV remote was not working. It showed slow tracked! Room was super tiny and no charging points beside the beds!
