Property is well maintained. The lobby and common areas are spacious for guests to enjoy. Many eating and drinking options on site. Staff is courteous and helpful. Convenience of free shuttle service to and from the airport. Elevators were quick and efficient. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bonus points for fluffy towels. Bathroom was missing a working fan.

This hotel had such wonderful reviews and we were so surprised how average or even below average it was. The rooms are dingy. Our shower had black mold, probably because there is no bathroom fan for moisture. There was loud jack hammering in the mornings outside the hotel. The parking is astronomically expensive. And the parking ticket they gave us to get in and out of the parking lot stopped working halfway through our stay so we had to get a new one which was a tremendous pain in the butt because there was always a long line of people waiting for front desk support. It's like they were understaffed. Spend your money somewhere else. This place isn't it.
