DONT USE HOTELS.COM 3rd party dumpster fire

Toilet clogged plunged for a solid 5 min maintenance guy going hard on it, left for the evening came back smelled like a sewer in my room notified night attendant nothing, Talked to lying manipulative baiting me w/trivial points still not attended to had to go to lobby or pool area to go to bathroom said he would approve refund spent over a half hour notifying this horrific company hotels.com the called manager to get refund approval he DENIED IT. Phone was broken made clicking noises all night no matter hat I did broke broke broke. Don’t ever use this app they are worthless & do not take responsibility for their 2nd party listings. Horrific but that’s Canada for ya A. Melting pot of he double toothpicks on earth.

The room and hotel was beautiful, super nice pool and hot tub. Comfy bed. Really nice shower. It was very close to stuff and in a nice area. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, there was some dustiness around and sticky stuff on one of the tables but otherwise I was very happy with our stay!

The maintenance is not very great, basics are missing like a service call was never attended. Clogged drain and no exhaust. Staff were very friendly and helpful
