The location is very nice. We saw the comments about extra fees so we were really carefull. For the cleaning par they could have vaccumed more however it was smelling good in the building.

I come here often as it’s convenient to the ballpark for the Jays. Easy walking distance to bus and train stations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location, location, location!!

It was inexpensive in comparison, so we got what we paid for. A good night sleep. Essentially a rooming house, but clean and had what we needed for one night. Outside deck left a lot to be desired as there was debris. Air conditioning was loud, but worked. Was supposed to be a double and two twins, but ending up being two doubles. Overall, was what we needed for the one night and in good proximity to the activities we wanted to do in toronto.

Basic accommodation but clean. The check in process was a little confusing with conflicting information sent before vs the instructions at the property. Could hear people in hallways and other rooms very easily but it was on a quiet street.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive yet clean and comfortable place to stay this is your place. Nothing fancy and the room is small but does have a microwave and mini fridge. Just around the corner from unlimited food options and walking distance to area attraction's.

Was overbooked and brought us to a completely unacceptable "alternative" which was so bad and unsafe we left hours later. We told the property who won't issue a refund stating the stay is "non-refundable". Avoid if you don't want to be left homeless in Toronto.
