I received the most professional and competent service from the front-desk lady that I've ever received from a hotel. She appeared poised, calm, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The parking was awkward, but plentiful, there are few dining options in the area, there are no public transit options in the area, but it appears there is an airport shuttle that services the property. The pool and hot tubs were very large and we really enjoyed using those during our stay. I like the shower options. The pool did run out of towels at one point, but staff brought fresh towels when called upon. The room was as expected and we used the in-room fridge which was clean. The value for the hotel was excellent. We will definitely re-book in the future if the value remains the same.

I was booked in for 1 night and 1 night ( Friday & Saturday ) as they were 2 separate bookings. It would have been easier to check in for 2 nights at the time of arrival. All was sorted out though and everything was explained to me

When booking it said parking would be free. When we got there and checked in we found out it was only free for the one night and not the duration of our trip. It was not specified in the hotel details. Then it is the most expensive parking out of all the surrounding hotels but again not posted on the sight.
