I have stayed at this particular building 4 times now, unfortunately it will be my last. The property is awesome, it is close to everything and really has so many great attributes BUT the horrible, frightening, hardly ever working, ridiculously slow elevator has put me over the edge. Paid much more money to stay here for the pool and convenience… did not go to the pool because it was too difficult to get to and did not want to risk more elevator rides that necessary. The elevator completely broke down twice (that we are aware of) and fire department had to called to help / people were stuck. Also heard several citations for safety and maintenance were handed out. The was extremely disappointing

This property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. Would stay here again!!!

We were unaware until we arrived that this property was not a hotel, but some kind of residential building. There was no ‘receptionist’ in the lobby and we were confused as to how to check in (admittedly we arrived early). The security guard told us we were not on their list. It wasn’t until later that I received a text from someone giving us check in instructions. After that, all was fine, but the unit did not have supplies like tissues, for example, that would normally be found in a hotel room. There also wasn’t anything like a ‘sundry shop’ on the premises to get a snack, and no instructions on how to use the TV. The location however was perfect for our itinerary!

Excellent location. Property was well taken care and clean. Property manager was flexible with our arrival and departure time. In the center of downtown attractions. Walking distance to everything. I would suggest to have a cozy blanket on the living room. I didn’t ask for one, my fault for not asking, and probably it would be provided! Anyway, I would recommend the place and would rent again

It was so peaceful that I slept through the night, every night there! I haven’t slept this well in years. I felt safe and secure. The apartment was pretty and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in Toronto!
