Even though the hotel is rather newer however it’s already starting to go downhill, room smells musky, towels worn out and smelled like dog pee, pillows worn out shower had mold

staff was super friendly and welcoming. Initial thought was the lobby has a slight smell of wet dog to it. Later found they allow dogs and a gentlemen who claimed he has a service dog was in the lobby. No way it was a service dog. The dog jumped on my kids and myself and people laughed like it was the norm. Room was nice but also had dog hair and floors felt like they just needed a good cleaning. Hotel room cleaner was sleeping in the lobby when we returned on Saturday night. A little weird to be watching basketball in the lobby and having pizza with your kids softball team while a guy is out cold at the table next to you.

We were there one night. The main parts of the room seemed clean. There was food dried on the wall in the corner near the trash can and a sucker stick under the bench. The shower door didn't seal shut and a lot of water sprayed on the floor. The beds were comfortable. I like how dark the room was w/the blinds! The power went out in 1/2 the room randomly and it was before bed and pointless to get maint. I did tell them when I checked out in the am and they were going to send someone to check it out. I like the later check out (noon). Staff was nice.
