We pulled to the hotel parking lot at 3:15pm and the exterior of the looked ran down, we walked to the front entrance and it was filthy in the entrance way and walked to front desk and ask the front desk person to see my room I booked online, he provided me a key to room 109, the smell of feet hit my nostrils and felt sick then the sheets didn’t even cover the mattress like that were the wrong size and the floor had crumbs and stains on them. I went to the front desk to ask for another room the clerk apologized and provided the key to try room 207. We walked upstairs and the outside stair steps were very dark and not lit up and filthy cobwebs and dead bugs.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 25 years. It is close to the location I am at during my time in Toledo. It is affordable and fits my needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to Toledo.

Don't do it

We have stayed here many times before, although it has been a few years, we will not stay again. When we entered the room the smell was pretty bad, like a mold smell. It's an old hotel so we look past it(our first mistake). The beds were so uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. We could hear everything around us. From TV, voices, cars, fighting and people doing the deed. You could smell the weed from outside coming in through the air conditioner(this is of course not the actual hotels fault). We make due because we were in town for a funeral and exhausted. The next morning only one of us could take a shower(the bathroom was just big enough to turn around in) because the tub would not drain. We check out and tell the front desk. They could careless. After we left about 2 hours later we discovered that we left our own pillow in the room. We go back to the office to get it on our way out of town. Low and behold no one has seen it. The room has already been cleaned but the pillow is missing. The front desk and workers were not nice at all. They wouldn't let us go check the room ourselves. Which, yes it is our own fault but really?! You want someone elses pillow that badly... come on. Needless to say, never again. My advice is go elsewhere. This location needs a big overhaul.

The evening front desk was very nice. However the room condition was GROSS! it smelt of powerful cigarette smoke and room deodorizer. The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. The bathroom was small and poorly lit with splatters on the door and walls. After a short while we had to leave and go somewhere else

Price was excellent. Staff very friendly. Had door card access problems (2 times). Elevator had serious shaking problem. Sidewalks were worn (very rough). Shower drained very slowly. This was second stay over last year. Would stay again for short periods. 3-4 days.

Don’t stay here!

Uncomfortable. Dirty room. When I arrived my room looked ransacked. I ended up in another room which wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 mins. After a 10 hour drive I was exhausted. Both rooms smelled of urine. The room I ended up staying in, the carpets were extremely saturated with wet dirty substance. The room had no amenities.
