I had a bloody pillow on my supposedly “clean” new bedding. Fingernails on our floor and the pool was disgusting! Water was cloudy and there was hair all over floating in the pool. There were false eye lashes all over the pool floor we had to step over! Kids were running, screaming playing loud music all hours of the night above us! They had no other rooms to moves us to so we had to just change out our bedding ourselves and try to get through the night! I left a message with management and never got any response back! 0 out of 5 stars!

I was not happy when I found at check in that a $200.00 hold was to be placed on my credit card because I was "a local resident" and that upon checkout and the room being cleared then the $200.00 hold would be released and refunded to my Credit Card. This was in addition to already being prepaid through Hotels.com Had I known of this I would not have booked this Hotel.
