Very ok—wouldn’t book again.

Rooms were clean enough but dusty and smelled musty. Furniture was also damaged making it look dirty even though it was cleaned off. Breakfast was not good—the eggs were the consistency of oatmeal or grits.

Hotel is in very good condition. Breakfast seemed basic but adequate for those who want it. Had an issue with noisy neighbors but front desk did deal with it.

I enjoyed being able to feel as if we were the only ones there. The pool was not crowded. I could come and go as I liked. Room was clean. The staff specifically Laura, Cynthia, a young lady with natural hair style and mask, a gentleman who ran the front desk at night, and the other gentleman who did maintenance. They were all customer service friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It helped me get through a difficult time. I lost my mother this year to a fatal car crash. The same day we lost our home. However there was another man helping train perhaps even manager I believe whos personality made me feel unwelcomed. He had this since of urgency when it came to us checking out. He was unaware staff had already assisted me with another day there and was confrontational about us being out at a certain time. Once he realized he kind of changed his behavior and tone. Either way if I'm spending my money anywhere I don't expect to be treated as if I'm an intruder. Especially infront of my daughter.

During my 4 night stay, I notice ants coming out of the air conditioner wall. That was the first night!! Housekeeping is upon request and it’s not guaranteed. This hotel is not a good spot for someone staying more than 1 or 2 nights. The Holiday Inn is a better option.

Terrible property. Felt grimey the minute we stepped into the room. Frayed - falling apart frill on the bed. Curt associate at checkin - i truly felt i was bothering her by checking into the hotel.
