Very close to metro stop. Easy to get around. Rooms are very small. But the price made it worth us since we were basically just sleeping there.

For an accommodation provider operating in the midst of a tourism boom the staff , bar one or two, are not able to communicate in english. They are seemingly unable to recommend local restaurants, also appear to have little to no idea about long standing cultural institutions such as kabuki or noh. Tokyu Stay generally has a zero service attitude - you do everything yourself and I understand the self catering idea but it leaves your presence feeling like you are unimportant and a mild inconvenience. The only room cleaning available is at an extra cost -¥1500 per day ( if you stay more than 7 days you do get a once a week sheet change.) but they do change the towels and empty the trash once daily as long as you place a request card on your front door before 11 am. Guests who want to can wash their own sheets as long as you are given a room with a washing machine. The location is excellent. Prices are reasonable for such a location.

Great location. Subway station close by but it is walkable to Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, Omotesando and other great shopping and dining areas. The staff was accommodating. The room was a decent size and had a nice view. The bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean and neat place. Staff does not speak English, make sure to bring your translated machine. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can buy a ticket to get some stuff from there fridge, take it to your room and use the microwave.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. It's located in a quieter part of Shibuya, but still really close to public transportation as well as the Meijui Jingu baseball stadium. The room was small, which is typical for Japan, but was comfortable and the washer/dryer was super convenient. We did experience a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but other than that this was a great stay.

We did not regret booking Tokyu Stay aoyama premier for our hotel during our 4day trip on tokyo. Checking in is very easy. The staff can speak english. They have self check-out facility. Our room was small but it didn't bother us because it was very functional. It has wash/dry laundry, Kitchenette and even a humidifier fan! It was execeptionally clean as well! I highly recommend TokyuStay aoyama premier! Will definitely book them again when we come back to Japan

Good stay overall

Location was great. It was a big room and had everything you needed including a washing machine. The bidet could of been better and I wish the room cleaning wasn’t something you had to pay for. For longer stays there is Limited Room cleaning for towels and trash.
