Perfectly situated in front of a train station that leads directly to Tokyo Disneyland Resort or Tokyo main station. Big size room, very confortable and clean, great amenities and very good breakfast. The only downsize was that we had to have breakfast in another place than the main site, still very good but with fewer options.

My stay at Tokyo East Side was fantastic. The location is right in front of a train station and the staff was so great! They went above and beyond any requests/questions we asked. The room was also very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and i loved the pajamas. They do have a little refrigerator, which is nice. The hotel is across the street from the shiomi station, so very convenient to getting around. Tokyo Station is about 10 min train ride. Very quiet neighborhood.

Would have given 5* all round. But for 2 problems, the breakfast food was never hot, with waiters continually openibg the lids on the hotplate containers even after customers closed them. The hotel was excellent and affordable for our in-season stay. The train station was right across the street, making it easy to reach our destinations. There were many convenience stores nearby, including one inside the hotel, as well as a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We love staying here with the bunk beds arrangement. The breakout buffet is excellent with many hot food options, cook to order eggs, fruits and desserts. They have self service laundry that is affordable if you need to do a full load. The location is convenient right across from the JR station and some restaurants nearby. A 24 hours udon restaurant and a grocery store.
