Very good location for those who want to visit to Disney Land and Disney Sea. Excellent staff service. Very good ambiance. Room facilities were very good. Free shuttle services to JR MAIHAMA station and Bay station. Air port pick up buses are available from the hotel ( lumocin buses) Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only one suggestion, if the hotel could add more variety in their lunch and dinner menu would be great.l. Both take away and dinning options very limited. Didn’t use the Nikko launch at all, even though we opted for launch access when booked the room. Only limited drinks and watery options were available after 5 pm in the launch l.

Disney fans will love this hotel!

Loved this hotel I even turned down a free upgrade because i wanted a view of the parks. Didnt regret it because my room was huge and comfortable anyway and had a balcony too which i watched the fireworks from on second night as i didnt actually get that great of a view in the actual park. So close to monorail and price in June was remarkably affordable. Cannot wait to come back. Living next to the monorail made coming and going to the parks so easy. And pass outs were used so i could rest my feet then go back for the night program. Fantastic.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Me, my husband, two adult children and 3 children 14 and under, stayed in two of the Garden Deluxe rooms. Each room had three twin-ish beds with one trundle (although the bed with the trundle was up against the wall so we couldn’t access it). The beds are slightly wider than the American twin size. Both my 8 yo and 6 yo slept in one bed. The Hotel is beautiful- enchanting actually. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. It had an on-site Disney store- which my 8 yo and 6 yo loved. Rooms were a descent size- given in was Tokyo. It also had an on site convenience store. It is right next to the Disney Resort. And a 4 minute walk to the Disney train station. From the balcony we could catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks show at 7:30 pm every night. We could see park attractions and even the Disney Castle. We also had views of the bay. Some down sides to the property were that the beds are very firm. It didn’t matter to us most of the time because we were so tired after exploring all day. Also, to get to Tokyo’s main attractions, from this property, we had to take at least four trains. It would take at least an hour to get anywhere and was costly for a family of seven. Food onsite was costly Also, One of the reasons that I chose this hotel is because it had a pool but I didn’t realize until too late that we would have to pay, daily for access to the pool. 2000 yen/adults and 1300 yen/child. Overall, I give it an 8/10.
