Clean and spacious room.

Hotel room size is spacious enough for family of 3. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel located right opposite Omorikaigan station. Can walk to Omori station too.

The property wasn't truly handicap accessible. Wheelchairs can not fit in bathrooms. Beds took up all the room, so usable to reach fridge or table in room.

I don't recommend it

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Unlike other hotels in Japan, this one is not welcoming. The staff is cold and when we pass them in the corridors they ignore us. The room was never cleaned since their cleaning service has to be ordered before 10am. So we had wet towels throughout our stay. The ventilation was noisy and stopped at night and the room became hot. its close to the subway but far from everything.

We stayed at this property for a total of five nights. On the first night, we noticed a foul odor coming from the toilet. It smelled like sewage. We notified the staff the next day of the odor. We were told by the front desk that they will take care of it. However, when we got back that evening, the odor was still there and seems like the staff just did the normal cleaning. We were very disappointed. However, due to the short duration of the stay and the proximity of the hotel to the train station and airport, we decided to stay and endured this foul odor.

Nice location to all amenities along omori station like 5 mins walk, laundrymat, mini mart, 711, shinagawa acquarium and accross the street was omirikaingan station. Very nice and quiet to rest after a long day exploring the place.
