Nice place, good location close to Shinjuku train station. Beds were a bit uncomfortable (too hard) and the step up to the bathroom took some getting used to. but the food options and art were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance /vibe for boutique hotel.

The things that not good is that bed not changed on daliy basis..have to make your own bed..not really clean..and vacuum not thoroughly..edges very dirty and dusty. The good thing is that there gave 3 single bed in a room.Walking to shopping area quite far....and worst for elderly ones.

The rooms were very small, but each one was very clean. The food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. Central location, easy walk to multiple places.

Very busy hotel full of international travelers and tours. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people. Tiny room with good use of space. A bit noisy in the halls. Neighborhood is not super convenient to the subway. Nice park across the street.

Hotel was a 25 minute walk from Shinjuku station and all the major retail shopping. Right across the street from a beautiful park that has a Starbucks and great breakfast restaurant in the park. Hotel is located close to a fire station so heard alot of sirens each night. Hotel seems to have thinner walls than others I stayed at. Breakfast buffet was $35 Canadian, over priced IMO but had really good food selection.

Budget friendly option for Shinjuku conference

Attended a conference at Keio Plaza hotel. The Knot was an excellent budget friendly hotel within walking distance. Well located, great service, comfortable (but typically small) room. Friendly staff. Great restaurants. Highly recommend!
