The hotel was next to a rail station which was great. There’s a family mart and 7-11. There’s a few places to eat around the property as well. The hotel feels a bit outdated and the beds were a little hard. The staff was great. They helped with check-in and check out.

Pros Stone’s throw away from Toyocho station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Airport Limousine bus stops just a block away from the hotel, saving you the effort of bringing luggage via subway. Cons Room was dated and had a musty smell, but turning on the air purifier provided by the hotel helped.

It is very convenient, right next to train station. Easy commute. If you have luggage still doable to use the train because there is elevator service so you are not dragging your luggage’s on the stairs. The room is very small, just enough to sleep in, but it is very clean. It is easy, self check in and out through the kiosk online.

It was listed as Expedia VIP access hotel, as a Gold member I booked this because of the perks but they did not honor it. despite expedia contacted them they still denied me the perks. Worse is they gave me a room that leaks on toilet floor, I spend the 1st night wiping up the floor with dirty water coming from leak, because of the tour the ff day I complained the room the ff night, I haven't finish talking yet, the front desk said "use the curtain" which I found rude but I ready the recorded a video proving the leak is coming out underneath the tub and not from over the tub. they transfer me to a room but in a condition that i will be transfer again the next morning. Yes I did unpacking and packing 3x.

Glad to stay here since the hotel having rooms cater for a 4 family members. A metro station just next to it, which easier for us to access around in Tokyo, also to Disney-Sea without hassle. Moreover, hotel help us store the luggage temporary after check out. Definitely will consider again for future Tokyo trip.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The room was comfortable, clean, and met all of my needs. Additionally, the best part of this location was the access to Toyocho station along with the ability to use the Airporter luggage deliver services. Staff were also always available and easy to talk to.

The hotel was very close to many public transportation entrances it was so nice! There were quite a few restaurants near it as well as many convenient stores my favorite being daiso right across the street. The room was clean and the area in general felt safe and quiet.

Made a blunder. Should have selected Fresa inn Kinshicho. Very far from limo bus stop to/from Haneda Airport carrying heavy a ski bag and 2 suitcases. Dining and shopping are very limited around the hotel. A young blonde girl plumped down breakfast plate. What did I do to deserve that? Sink across the counter was covered with black mould. Pancake was lukewarm. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful though.

First trip to Japan, first and only accommodation and it was convenient. Staff were amazing. Beauty room was a decent size as it is Japan. Just the 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, it didn’t dry my clothes properly but it’s okay we hung them in the room and it was dry by the end of the day. I still would highly recommend!
