Solid location, decent price, overall great value for price. Loved the laundry machines, useful for long-term travelers. My 1st room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, asked for a different one and got a clean room.

We'd book here to stay just one night while in transit. It is a very, very small room, even by Japanese standards. It's great for a single person. I'm glad it was only for a night.

The shabu shabu breakfast was a great introduction to local cuisine. There is also a western breakfast available but you’d be disappointed as the “sausages” aka wieners. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Walkable to the subway.

Good location and friendly staff

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is well located. Shabu Shabu restaurant offers good quality food at a decent price, which provides a good option if it rains heavily outside. We talked to many of the front desk staff, who were helpful and friendly. Generally, the staff speaks English, also, there was one lady, 小島/A. Kojima, who speaks fluent English and Mandarin. That really helps since my parents don't speak Japanese at all.

Pillows were the only rough thing about sleeping, either too soft or too hard. Stayed 11 days and the accommodations were wonderful, room was a tad small for my 6’2 ft hubby but the bed was comfortable

We liked the place. It is near from the center but at the same time quite area. Rooms were very modern and easy excess to the room. Everything is good about this hotel. People at the desk speaks English. Overall had a great stay. Next time will definitely come back……

Great Location

Location wise, this is walking distance to Ginza station along with some very restaurants. I also walked to Tsukiji Market from the hotel fairly easily. I enjoyed my stay here, but the room is definitely on the small side even for just one person. If you are traveling as a couple, definitely opt for one of the bigger rooms.

Not sure how this hotel is starred as 3. The room was so tiny, it was more of a broom closet than a bedroom. I do not recommend nor would I return to this property. The price they charge per night is absurd for what you get. Literally no space for a small luggage or even for me to walk in the room getting in and out of bed. Look elsewhere for a decent hotel. Nothing special here.
