Compared to places like APA, it lacked things like a razor or hair ties. Along all the walls of the room, parts were discolored and paint was peeling off.

It was unsafe to stay here. The locks on my door wouldn't work. The room I was given was a completely different one from the pictures I was shown. The smell was unbearable. My bedsheets were wet. The hotel room hadn't been clean and was very dirty. There were no keycard confirmations to get into the hotel and use the elevator so the combination of that with the my doors not locking meant it was unsafe to stay there. The location is in the redlight district of tokyo so proved to not be considered with their limited security.

the property is located at a good location that isn’t too far away from different subway stations, overall good area. the hotel was very clean and quiet with a rooftop bar on the 13th floor.

A 4-star hotel with a problem with hot water pressure (the room was on the 12th floor). Furthermore, we saw rats in the lounge area in front of the hotel (a small rest area in front of the lobby outside the hotel) not only at night but also during the day. It's not a good look. Other than that, everything was standard, with a large breakfast selection. The rooms were very narrow; if you have large suitcases, forget to unfold them. There are no closets for clothes.
