This is a great, basic hotel in the heart of Shibuya. It’s close to everything you need to enjoy Tokyo. Staff are helpful and very friendly.

The place is extremely small… the bathtub is extremly high. I repeat the rooms are extremely small i could barely open my suitcase. However, it is next to everythingggggggg. The trains, shibya crossing and shopping. The staff is friendly. Washer and dryer. You cant literallly walk to anything and everything

Great location to stay

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to Shibuya station, the scramble and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also ship your luggage from here to another hotel if you’re traveling. Room was clean and has great air conditioning. No musty smell like others I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

If you enjoy food and night life. This is the perfect hotel. Very close to the Scramble Crossing and each floor has a water dispensers to fill water bottles. That came in handly baaed on how much water we needed to drink in August. Very humid. AC in the hotel was a savior.

If you stay here just for a convenient location, nearby the train station, stores and restaurants then this hotel is it. But if you’re meticulously about cleanliness's like me then this hotel is not it. This hotel is just okay but so outdated. Customer service is good and pleasant.

Top spot

Fantastic location, close to the station and scramble square. Plenty of choices for dining and shopping. Comfy bed, friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. Only thing to make it even better would be to open the bar. Overall we would stay again 😊

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Shibuya, yet somehow still so quiet. The rooms are very small, however the perfect location and friendly/helpful staff make up for it.
