Enjoyed the shuttle to/from station and close proximity to Tokyo Disney, easy check in, staff very attentive, breakfast had variety, room was clean, bed was comfy, shops were convenient and view was beautiful. The only downside to this hotel is the traffic at the lifts/elevator. There are no access to stairs. Overall, the staff are very helpful, fast, efficient and friendly. We will surely recommend this hotel to family, friends and colleagues.

The room was spotless. The restaurants were excellent. The staff at this hotel couldn’t have been more courteous, polite and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room given to us for 6 people was very cramped. If it were that tight, we might have instead booked 2 rooms. Barely fit us with our luggage. Otherwise very clean rooms.

The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is an older property, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and did their best to be helpful at all times. While there was a bit of a language barrier, the employees made genuine efforts to assist us, and their warmth really stood out. With some updates and additional English-language support, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we were grateful for the hospitality.

Fantastic Disney Resort location. Across the way from Disney station. Pleasant and friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast that was included is excellent for all travelers. Room stocked with all amenities.
