No consideration hotel, has no elevator too.
I know that there is no refund, but I talked to hotels.com, and they said they would gladly refund me if this hotel agreed. Sadly, their manager is did not consider our request. I told them that my purpose in going to Japan was to bring my daughter there, but sadly, my daughter became sick and could not travel. They did not give me even a partial refund or any other solution. I gave them a month notice.
Exceeded our expectations, which is important to note, as there is no lift, plenty of stairs to haul your luggage up, no luggage storage or forwarding options and an automated check-in process that relies on receiving a code to check-in a day or two before. Knowing and expecting all this beforehand, you can plan accordingly and it’s no problem at all.
The room was clean, functional and very comfortable. Rubbish removed daily and fresh towels provided.
It’s a great area that is quiet but very convenient and right near a station and 7 Eleven. Excellent location actually once you get to know the area a bit.
I could never get the help needed and was unable to stay. After staying outside in the cold attempting to receive the code I had to find another hotel. Called hotels.com and the hotel refuse to send the info needed so we can get the code to stay. Every day I checked and they still could not provide the website so nor even come and meet me to help me.
Only communication was through message and was still unable to help me provide information to receive the code to check in.
Safe area and nice rooms with all we needed. I read that there was no housekeeping but they came and took our trash away and gave us new towels. It was simple and no fuss.
We liked the room and the location. It is close to the metro and to a few useful shops. The kids loved the park and bunk beds.
Self check in was a pain as the code was buried deep in old emails and then resent after we'd arrived. We didn't see anyone on reception in 5 days and the front door is always unlocked. Even though Japan is safe this felt a little odd. We also found that our door wasn't properly latched after a towel chance one day.
Nice hotel. Beautiful interior design. The only thing that it doesn’t have the elevator. The good thing is the price is much less compared to other hotels near by.

The place is clean and the shower and toilet are separate so that’s convenient since there were 6 of us. The staff is very nice and they store our luggage and put it in our room. We will definitely stay here again. Close to train station, only 5 mins walk to the station.
This was a really nice option for staying in the area. The neighbourhood is relatively central but quiet, low-rise, with many young kids and families which is an appealing side to the city you might not get from a bigger tourist hotel in other neighbourhoods. Easy to access (no staff on site but automatic check in etc was straightforward). Note you are really just renting a bed and a bathroom, clean and comfortable, but there was very little space in the room for anything else, including eg a chair, a table etc.

Property is clean, walkable to station. No elevator.
The space and decore in this property is great, our family loved it. If you are allocated a room for 4 people, be prepared to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There is a humming noise that drones on throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, you are likely to be affected. This hotel does not have a washing machine. It has a jug but no complimentary tea or coffee.
Checking in was a nightmare. Reached in the middle of the night and had to self check in as there is no staff available at night. Hotels.com booking reference was not acceptable. Then managed to find another reference that was emailed by the hotel. The lobby is virtually non existent. Too congested a place. The high tech bathroom gadgets had no English instruction, everything in Japanese. Was not happy at all.

Hotel staff work without service mind.We have big 4 luggage, arrive at the hotel about 2 pm. staff said "check-in time is 4 pm. Can't keep the luggage here. Especially if i want check-in before 4 pm. I have to pay 4000 Yen. So bad. And my room is the 5th floor. me and friends must carry the lugage go to the room without elevater.4 lugage, 15-20 kilogram / lugage.
Great hotel, newly remodeled, very clean. Guest needs to retrieve message for reservation confirmation number before arrival and it is self check in, no staff. Property has 5 floors and no elevator.
