Excellent property with excellent staff in a great location in asakusa. I don’t think you could get a better spot than this hotel as it’s right next to all the happening spots in Asakusa, while also having a great view of the Tokyo sky tree. Staff was very attentive and helpful and the welcome drinks and snacks were a very nice touch and made me look forward to getting back to the hotel every afternoon and evening. Would 100% recommend staying here and will stay here again next time.

Overall it was good. Staff was ok but not the best. The space was tight but tolerable. Wifi was good but had episodes of slowness, it seemed to happen right when I needed it to be fast, coincedence I guess but thats why its mentioned in this review. Toilet and shower were excellent.

Lovely Place

This hotel is in a great location and it’s very comfortable. Amazing views from the lobby. Our room was a little roomier than other hotels in the city and much more comfortable pillows! It’s very convenient for walking around, dining and taking the metro. Staff were very courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Everything you need is only a short walk away.

A wonderful comfortable hotel, nice sized rooms for Tokyo. The staff are a credit to the hotel and so friendly and helpful, anything that you need from an extra pillow to somewhere to eat just ask them.
