I didn't realize that there wasn't a bath tub for the single rooms, but in return the massage chair was a lifesaver in relieving the tension built up in the body after a day of walking. The amenities were also good, and I enjoyed the amazing variety of tea selection available at the lobby!

Lovely spot to stay for a few days while in the area! The dining nearby is amazing and there are a ton of incredible options. Really close to Tsukiji, the Kabukiza Theater, and close to transit to get anywhere else. Room was just right for 2 people. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is absolutely the best I've ever seen in a hotel or otherwise in years. Wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

It's in a very good and safe location with easy access to metro and JR stations. Reasonable price considering its location next to Ginza. Room was small which was expected and mentioned in the booking site, however the only trouble I found was unable to fully open my suitcase in the room. Another plus for this hotel was that they were happy to hold my online orders before checked in.

Convenient location with friendly staff

I stayed at the Remm Hibiya for a week. The staff was super friendly and ready to help/answer any questions. The location is very convenient to multiple train lines (note that the closest direct train from Haneda airport still drops you off a 15-min walk from the hotel). Room is typical Japanese size. Bathroom has nice rainfall shower and good water pressure. There is a massage chair in the room seems like it is made for a smaller person (for reference I am 5'-6" and my back extended past the top of the chair and I had to fold my legs closer to my chest in order to have them in the right position for a leg massage). Note that this hotel is right next to the train line so you will hear noise from that during the day (the trains stop overnight). Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit back.
