It was my first time visiting Japan and I do not speak any Japanese at all. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Worst capsule experience ever.
For the price, definitely not worth it. Pod had no useful features such as power outlets or climate control. Soundproofing was horrible as the snores from others could be heard very loudly. Did not feel secure at all. You should be given a choice of upper or lower pods as I had a hard time climbing up and down. I almost got hurt as the “ladder” was very slippery and small. Definitely not staying here ever again!
The experience was ok. Nothing special other than that one picture with the capsule vault looking beds. Everything is very restrictive on what you cannot do. No breakfast or socializing. You feel like cattle.
Cool pot/Capsule Hotel I like the swim compared to another one I stayed at plus the eighth floor, coffee and tea lounge area with a nice bonus with the killer view. I would definitely stay here again.
I was a little nervous to stay here because my stay was five nights and I was staying by myself as twenty year old woman, but I really liked it here and felt safe! My top concerns were if there was a curfew (I planned on staying out late some nights)—there wasn’t, you could reenter at any time during your stay—and locker size. You get a locker that has enough room for a standard carry on (not suitcase but I believe they’ll store that for you) and multiple other smaller bags and a separate top compartment for shoes. The toilets were private with communal sinks and the showers were private and clean with enough room to get changed inside. My only advice is to not use the washer/dryer, as my clothes are still damp after washing them two days ago. Overall, highly recommend!
