There's no staff reception or check in staff at the property, but you can easily contact someone on the iPads located on the ground floor.
Our room was very compact, but had everything we needed, there was even a bathtub, which is pretty sweet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the property was within a comfortable walking distance of a train station. All-in-all, a great budget-concious option.
Very easy to use and convenient location for anyone wanting to go to Skytree or usd the Asakusa line. Only negatives were having all the lights connected to one switch, and finding some receipts and postcards from previous guests under the mattress.
The false fire alarm made for a rude awakening on Sunday morning. It wasn’t the fault of the hotel, yet I hope the hotel’s cameras caught the culprits.

Great place to stay if you are on a budget. I enjoyed my stay at Rakuten STAY. Nice area, transits and convenience stores nearby and not far from the Sensoji Temple.
I enjoyed my stay here at Rakuten stay in the okaimono panda room. The only small issue i had was the ac would drip on me at night when i was sleeping. Everything else was really nice. Great area to stay in. I'll definitely book here in the future.
Really loved my stay here, check in was seamless, room was very clean and just the right size for one person and the area was quiet and convenient to get around. Would love to stay here again when I’m back in Japan :)
The things I liked about the hotel are that it was super convenient, safe and had easy access to public transport. It’s also in the heart of Asakusa and therefore close to some of the popular tourist spots such as Senso-ji temple. However, I must say that there was no active staff working in the hotel - no staff at the reception so whenever we had issues we had no one directly to speak with. We had issues with AC in our room and had to go down to the lobby area to call through tablets to speak to someone and that someone was not even the direct management person. So it made the whole situation even more difficult. But in the end, we got another room and the issue was resolved.
