Overall a comfortable hotel that was well-connected to the metro. The lines for the elevator can get extremely long in the evenings. The hotel breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had...I recommend McDonald's, which is only 3-5 minutes away by foot.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. The service and staff were amazing (all of them) but I would like to mention Kuradu and Yodashi for being helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank Onami who was so considerate and patient with us during our check out since we haven't received the Airporter reference number yet, she gladly kept our luggage and advised us to just give it to her any or any of the staff when we recieve it or call them for the number if we have already reached our next hotel for our luggage transfer. Good thing we got it 2 hours later, while we were eating after checkout. It was an amazing experience for us in this hotel, they provide free unlimited welcome drinks and nibbles (mostly sweets) daily, would be nice if they replenish them especially at night when all the crowds are back from sightseeing. You can also get toiletries if you need them from the lobby. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was also a great service as you don't have to worry about going by train early in the morning and late at night. We will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo Bay. Note: Washing machine is in the lobby, make sure you do your washing very early in the morning when there is less people or while they are sight seeing otherwise, you will have to compete with everyone that stays in that hotel as they only have 6 washers and 6 dryers. Thank you Oriental hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was a great place for our family to stay, including elderly and an infant. There is a convenience store downstairs, as well as direct entry to train station and an abundance of shops. The free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland and Disneysea runs regularly. Such convenient and comfortable service. We are sure to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel if you’re visiting Disney Sea and/or Disneyland, only one stop from both. The train station is at the hotel and there are shopping centers on the other side. The free shuttle bus to and from Disney is convenient and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a highlight. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely stay again.

Great place for first stop in Tokyo

The great thing about the hotel is that it is right next to the train station and have a bridge that you can directly walk to the station level. Another great thing is the bus service stop to the airports (Haneda and Narita) is also right next to the hotel. Finally the hotel is a Disney partner hotel which means they have a shuttle service directly to DisneySea and DisneyLand. Lawson is near the lobby and open 24 hours. Laundry and Amenities are near the checkin counter. The lobby also have a foreign currency exchange machine. They also have a family style happy hour self serving bar from 2PM to 11PM which the kids and parent can enjoy freely. Including various candies, nuts, soft and alcohol drinks (for the adults). The room is okay, not too fancy, feels small compare to American hotels but can't complain for the location. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Best Disney Stay for a Family of 5!

Perfect stay for our family of 5 which made getting to Disney a easy hop away! Leaving on the 7am hotel shuttle allowed us to sleep in a little longer and still manage to get on the best Disney rides without having to pay an arm and a leg. The location is awesome and made it so easy to get to and from anywhere we needed to go. Thank you for a great stay!
