This hotel was convenient for me. It was walking distance to the Ginza shopping area and 2 - 10 mins walk from a few stations lines depending on where you wanted to go. The staff were nice and able to assist me with any queries. They held my cabin bag on the day of my departure while I did last minute shopping. The laundry room where the machine was combination wash + dry was convenient and ¥600. My hotel room was clean and spacious enough. I was able to forward my luggage here from another hotel and forward onwards to the airport. I like the fact that they had scales at reception where you could weigh your luggage and shopping.

We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely hotel. Room was small but we expected this after reading reviews but we only used it for sleeping, washing & changing so it was not an issue. The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu. The staff we came across were lovely & friendly & always spoke when passing. I would recommend this hotel if your staying in GINZA

We initially booked a standard queen room. When my wife and i entered, there was immediate panic. The decor, view, and size of the room would befit a 1 or 2 star hotel at most. Not since my college years have I seen such a thing, and maybe not even then. However, when I immediately went down to the front desk I was able to upgrade to a triple room (three double beds on a large wooden platform) for a very minor amount of money. The double and triple room are completely different and lovely. We loved our new room. It felt like a new hotel altogether. However, the fact that the standard queen even exists as an option is very weird and lowers the overall quality of the hotel. The difference in price is so minor I don’t know what the angle is. I didn’t book the queen because it was cheaper, I’m just used to booking a single queen bed. The area is Ginza which is great, I didn’t use the pool or eat at the restaurant so I can’t comment. The fitness center might as well be converted into a closet or staff break room. Perfectly decent hotel if you book the right room.

We went as a family and the staffs at the counter were very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. Had our luggage sent over from the previous hotel, it was already waiting inside our room when we checked in! So convenient! Love these little added service!

Excellent 💯💯💯💯

Hotel location was centrally located. The staff was amazing especially Endo and Takami. They went above and beyond with the customer service experience. I hope the team/management will give them some sort of recognition. The hotels bedding and mattress were comfortable, and again the Staff is what makes the difference . Lastly the onsen was the best thing . After walking all day exploring the city, it's good to come back and detox in the onsen. I would definitely recommend this hotel . As I will be retuning here next year.
