The rooms are small but the worse is that it is on a noisy road. You cannot sleep with windows open for sure. Check-in made several mistakes including not arranging the breakfast tickets as a result of which I was rejected from the breakfast room. I think you can find better properties for the price.

The property is in a perfect location. To the Ginza shopping area Mitsukoshi and Uniqlo Flagship store and on the other side the Tsukiji Market! Very safe area to walk from day to night.

Very close to a train station with a train directly to/from Haneda airport. Walkable area of Ginza with high-end shopping a few blocks away. Front desk was very helpful in arranging takkyubin to send my luggage to my next location. Toiletries are available in the open in the lobby. The windows in my room were facing another building, but this made it very quiet which I appreciated. Modern room and bathroom. I would stay here again.
