Great location for a 1 night stay before leaving Tokyo. Very nicely appointed room with lovely shower area. Convenient to the rail station and great for going to the station for dinner - also a short walk to the Imperial Palace.

Very comfortable and clean high-end business hotel. Steps from Tokyo station and Tokyo’s main business district, it’s convenient to everything and very professional. Polished and responsive service. Perfect for a short Tokyo stay of any kind, though I’d want something with more local character if I was traveling for pleasure.

My stay at Marunouchi Hotel was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, attentive service, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The room was immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with modern comforts—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Tokyo Station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a busy area with the massive train tracks, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Every team member was courteous and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. I highly recommend Marunouchi Hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and will definitely stay here again! Oh ya lastly I was really impressed by the lightning-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for work!!
