The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

The are 2 grocery stores that are close by, very good prices. The train station is nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean, comfortable and very convenient.

Good location,close to Tsukiji Market, 711, Family Mart,Lawson and train stations. Very clean hotel and 2 adults and 2 teenagers are comfortable enough space wise. They have all the toiletries in their lobby if u need one. Shampoo,conditioner and body wash is all in the bathroom. I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.
