Will definitely come visit again

We really really really loved our experience here. Everything was incredible, all the staff speaks fluent English and we're so nice whenever we had any questions. Akasaka nears to many official units so there were many businesses people staying here. They do have laundry which is a plus point. we did use the laundry but unfortunately the machine broke. The staff reacted quickly and helped fixing the machine. And the most rememberable part was that they perform fire stone ceremony (to wish you look luck in Japanese tradition) when we left the hotel.

The room felt really tiny, by American standards. The staff was nice. The address was to the hotel’s parking, not to the entrance, so our taxi took us to a side street next to the hotel and we had trouble finding the place. The amenities could be improved. Thin towels. One coffee machine down in the lobby, no water bottles in the room.

The hotel is well Located, however they allow smoking in the rooms and our hallway was always smelling like cigarettes. Rooms are small but well equipped for all you would need after spending all day exploring the city

The room was fairly small, very clean, felt safe walking to/from the subways, and the building as a whole was well maintained. The main draw was that the hotel was within an 8 min walk of a number of different subway lines, but was far enough away from traffic areas for us to not hear any road noise while in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and I would certainly stay there again. There aren't a whole lot of dining options nearby, but the closeness to the subway meant we could go anywhere we wanted reasonably quickly.

I loved how this hotel worked out. It was a slight challenge to find a hotel with two beds on short notice. The staff was extremely kind from check in to check out. There's a small cafe in the lobby along with free quailty coffee, teas and shelves of toiletries. Right outside is a 7 Eleven and restaurants close by. Also a very close walk to Akasaka Metro stations.
