The breakfast was incredible, especially for American standards. One thing I would do differently next time is to call ahead to tell them when you’ll get there and ask them to turn on the air conditioner 1 hour in advance. When we arrived, our room was almost as hot as it was outside (90 F)

Honestly a great location if you want to stay near the airport but still be immersed in the area. Really close to a station and shrine too. Room was spacious enough and the breakfast buffet kept us full during the day. Would stay here again.

Perfect location.

Perfect for our day before leaving Japan. Proximity to Haneda was perfect and made our return low stress. Accommodations were lovely and there were no problems.

Room wasn't that great, it did seem a bit old and room was small. Also the AC is off when no one is in the room so we got there and the rooms were unbearably hot. Like it was too hot to be in the room but you need to be there with your key in the switch to run the AC so you have to sit and be hot. AC eventually worked to cool it down but it was hard to figure out how to work it and it got too cold. Only one thin blanket, no extra blankets. Also a bit noisy.

I booked a non smoking room. The room smelled strongly of smoke. When I went to the front counter to check if my room was non smoking, someone came to check and just gave me room deodorizer. The spray did not work. I booked with Expedia and went through the hotel's main website to pre check in but staff seemed a bit cold and asked for QR code when there is no QR code produced. The hotel shuttle from aiport to hotel were very nice though and got me to the hotel safely.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Can’t compliment the property for anything other than the staff who were kind and helpful. But we got the dirtiest room ever, it didn’t resemble what’s advertised AT ALL. Every single wall had some stains and there was mould in the shower. We only used the hotel to stay overnight as our flight was very early next morning. It would have been really miserable should we have decided to stay there longer. Smell of cigarettes the moment you enter the property is really the last thing you expect too. Will surely never return there.
