We chose this location for its rating and distance to team Labs planets. It had a hard bed, no place to put your suitcase but everything else was perfectly adequate and nice and clean. However you really feel you are in a commercial Hotel and the breakfast was not maintained and most of the things were missing instead of being cleaned and refilled. There was no iced tea/ black tea as we had found it all the other places we stayed which was a disappointment. We felt frustrated that we paid for their breakfast and then half of the breakfast like all the fruit, all the grilled fish was already gone and not refilled.

Great clean hotel for a very reasonable price, within short walking distance of a few train stations and 5 minutes away from team lab planets. We had a great stay in a good sized clean room with a pretty view of the city and river and comfortable beds. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bathroom experience, (yes I said experience), was amazing. A liitle spa treatment for the derriere. The shower was steamy and powerful and the mattress was nice and firm. The breakfast was a great value with extensive local and American options. The location worked for me because I enjoy being just outside the city center. They were just a few feet away from the metro. The staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel.
