The property is excellent and staff is exceptional. They provided lots of cold water and beverages on hot Tokyo summer day. With metro stations so close by visiting places of interests and even dinner in different parts of Tokyo was easy. The only part is the red light area around the hotel felt little uneasy although we never stayed out late in the night.

the hotel is in the center of Shinjuku, near train station. Depending on where you want to go, the shinjuku main train location is about 10 minutes walking from and to the hotel. Bathroom near hotel lobby on 18th floor was very dirty. The breakfast staffs never asked is to order items from their small menu during our 6 night stay unless we asked . We did have a nice city view from our room. Hotel offers limousine bus from and to both airport for 1,400!yen/person with 2 bags included.

I knew I would love hotel groove and that it would not disappoint. Early check in is offered to Parkroyal members. The hotel offers multiple dining and cafe options and bars. Hotel is also very close to 7/11, only takes about 2-3 mins walk. The location is very convenient to shops, fun and food. Hotel Groove is one of the most beautiful hotels that I've ever got the opportunity to experience with an amazing view. Rooms are very spacious as well; the shower was amazing. Hands down top 5 hotel that I've ever stayed, I will def be back.

Kyoto hotel

Hotel Groove was amazing!! The staff was so kind and helpful!! The rooms were super clean and comfy. I would get a regular bed next time the traditional Japanese beds were hard. The bathroom was so nice especially the soaking tub after 20,000 steps! We had one issue that was resolved immediately!

We stayed at Hotel Groove Shinjuku for 4 nights and honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Our room was a fantastic size for Tokyo standards, beautifully designed and so comfortable. The highlight had to be the incredible views over Shinjuku—we found ourselves pausing just to take it all in, day and night. The location is unbeatable. Right in the middle of Shinjuku, you’re steps away from restaurants, nightlife, transport, and all the energy of the city, yet once inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxing—a perfect retreat after a big day exploring. This hotel truly elevated our Tokyo experience. We’d come back without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of wow-factor in Shinjuku.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are exceptional. Great size. Bed was comfy. Buffet is worth the value. Location is right in the heart of all the fun. Was a bit loud at night but it was part of the excitement. I highly recommend this hotel.
