Terrible experience. Aircon not cooling room down after 2 hours inside room. Hotel provided clock / room temperature showing 23 degree. Upon checking with reception, they said set aircon dial to high which is just fan dial no temperature setting in room. If that doesn’t work, open window of room or can borrow fan. It’s terrible for aircon to not work when outside temperature during day is 33 humid and nights are 23.

Great location within walking distance of Ueno station (JR lines) and Inaricho (Tokyo subway). Able to leave bags before and after check in, these are stored in the lobby. Check in process was simple and quick, did have to pay a city tax on check in (either cash or card was accepted). Room and bathroom were clean and functional and good range of amenities provided.

Another friendly staff, clean place! Location was nice as it was just off the busy road, so it was quiet, but convenient location to walk to places and to take the train. I liked the Eco option when I was booking the room, but they brought new towels every day anyway.

Awesome stay! First time in Japan and it was our second week when we stayed here in Tokyo. Great hotel very safe, quiet, and convenient. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and close to our favorite line which was the Ginza line, it took us to all the other major cities in Tokyo. Pleasant stay, staff very polite and nice! Also were kind enough to hold luggage after checkout time so we can explore a little more before we left home. Would stay here again! I was traveling with my partner and we stayed in a double bed which fit us perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The room was tiny for what we paid for, and room/bathroom needs updating. Nevertheless, it was a somewhat comfortable stay. We love that it was close to the Ginza Line, and Ueno station was a 10 minute walk. Lots of cool restaurants and convenience stores around

Close proximity to Kanda Station, more in the business district part of Tokyo so a bit quieter but close to plenty of restaurants at Kanda Station. Rooms were comfortable and more sspacious compared to other properties.

This hotel is part of a nice, affordable chain. The rooms are quite nice for a business hotel. You can get breakfast for a reasonable cost, but there are no vegetarian/ vegan options. The biggest issue here is stairs. There is no way to enter the lobby without going up around a dozen stairs. A pain when you have luggage, but it would make this hotel very challenging for someone with mobility issues.

Perfect walking distance to Ueno station or to the nearby tokyo metro station. Also an easy walk to Kappabashi or even Asakasa if you didn't want to take the metro. Staff was super helpful and friendly, only negative was the peeling wallpaper in the room
