Great place to stay for few days while exploring Tokyo. Very convenient if using public transportation train and monorail service. Rooms are nice and specious enough , very clean and the staff is exceptional, helpful and polite . Love the breakfast options covering everything that a person may need to start a day from coffee , tea or anything else you do in the morning to some Japanese favourites which we tried and enjoyed so much . Everything was well prepared and presented and the venue is also perfect . Thank you to hotel staff and management to keep this beautiful hotel running like a Swiss clock .

Away from the chaos of Tokyo

Great location for rail services. Tenkubashi station is right outside the hotel serving the Tokyo monorail and Keikyu line. This station will also get you to terminals 1 to 3 at Haneda. The staff were great who was willing to help me despite arriving at 2am. Room was clean and fairly spacious and the breakfast the following morning has a good choice. Hotel also has a coin op (or IC card) self service laundry which I found helpful considering I was in another country without doing my laundry for a week. Great first experience.

This place is amazing! The hotel rooms are very luxurious. Loved the spacious clean modern bathroom. VERY nice and the breakfast was impeccable. Easy to check in and out. Loved the view of the airfield!

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda is a beautiful, modern hotel just a short train ride from Haneda Airport Terminal 2. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with great amenities and city views. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering fresh Japanese and Western options. Friendly staff and a perfect location — highly recommended!

Fantastic location for airport. All clean and functional. Some negatives though: taxi drivers from yokahama couldn't find it even with the hotels own instructions printed in Japanese (thank goodness for Google maps). There was no chance of an early check-in if your flight or boat arrival means one could be handy. The check in procedure, which was supposed to be self check-in was very slow and we needed help. Also we got it because it advertised a shuttle bus to the airport. Turns out the bus only holds 12 people goes once every half hour, is first come, first served, do a family of five had no chance! Fortunately it's is literally next to the monorail so we still got there in no time, but it was more faff with heavy bags. That said, there are a few ok restaurants within easy and safe walling distance, so for an early morning flight I would say it is fine.

Perfect stay after long flight

Just stayed one night after a long flight. Since we checked in at night, it was hard to see the blackout curtain cords as it was the same colour as the dark wall and I couldn’t see it. Had the sun on my face in the morning. I did find it. It’s right against the window, in front of the sheer blinds and was able to use it. Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff super kind and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet area which I liked. Monorail and train station right by the hotel. Note: Shuttle service is only available in the morning with the last one leaving at 11:05 for the airport. No shuttle from airport to hotel which is misleading and Hotels.com should fix this piece of information.
