We booked our stay wrong and forgot to book a night so we were very fortunate that they had a room for us and we just had to pay the difference for the one night extra. The staff were always very helpful and kind. The room felt a little small even though it had two twin beds but they were comfortable. My only complaints about the room would be the no closet just a rack and no safe. The hotel had a breakfast, it wasn’t continental but it was good. I liked that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. Great staff, fantastic amenities, close to the train station. This is of course in the quiet area of Tokyo but 15 mins away from great places like Skytree air Asakusa. ステキのホテルでした。浅草から15分、スタッフさんにもいろいろお世話になりました。また泊まるのを楽しみです。

The hotel itself was very nice, quiet and clean. Not a whole lot to see or do in the direct area around the hotel. I would stay again with the understanding that it's a quieter area and public transportation would be necessary to see most of Tokyo's main sites.

Love!

This hotel is beautiful! The lobby is so warm and inviting, the staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and up to date (and spacious, especially the bathrooms), the neighborhood is gorgeous and in the perfect location for transportation. Convenience stores/food spots within walking distance. Also, if cherry blossoms are your thing - there’s plenty of those around the neighborhood as well! (We stayed March 31-April 1 and they’re full bloom) My ONLY issue is with the beds being a little hard - but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. :)

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was great and extremely helpful. We had water in our room and easy access to laundry. The bath oils in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel is clean and modern.
